At the age of eight I knew I wanted to become a surgeon. What I didn’t know at that tender age was that I would work as a Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon for over 25 years, and then put down my scalpel and continue my journey as a Soul Surgeon!
Healing the heart, mind and soul of my patients by diligently and delicately dissecting words, thoughts and feelings with my decades long skills as a Transformational Life Coach and Consultant (no scalpel needed).
Throughout my career as a Plastic Surgeon, my motto was : ‘Inner & Outer Beauty and Wellness’. Now, as a Soul Surgeon I support women to create Inner Beauty and Wellness, by aligning with their authentic selves. We all know that true beauty and well-being emanate from the inside out! This is the work of self discovery and transformation.
As a Soul Surgeon I dissect thoughts and feelings and help my clients build mindfulness and self-compassion. These are two powerful tools (amongst many others) that support the process of life transformation. Change is possible!
I am excited to support you in actualizing your fullest potential by freeing yourself from your mind’s stories and limiting beliefs. My own personal journey of introspection was sparked nearly 20 years ago by the pain of divorce, death of my best friend, and having my teenage child diagnosed with clinical depression, though you don’t need to undertake the journey of self discovery on the wings of pain. A simple inner curiosity and a spark of intention to uncover your own truth is all that is needed.
Together we create inner equanimity and harmony, aligning what you THINK, SAY, and DO. These are the foundations of a fulfilling, stress reduced and balanced life. This deep work of inquiry and self discovery creates transformative whole life impact results.

Throughout the past two decades of my career and through the ultimate addition of the Wellness Center, I created many popular community-wide wellness programs and retreats highlighting different needs of the community. My special interest and focus has always been in supporting women in all walks of life to live aligned with their authentic selves. Women are the foundation of the home, of community, and of our healthcare system. We women need to nurture our own well-being so that we can care for those in our lives!
Additionally, I created programs to enhance mental health in teens and young adults, retreats supporting cancer patients and their caregivers, as well as presenting as a keynote speaker for several fundraisers including suicide prevention and mental health programs for youth.
TheMindFul Space is available both as an online and in-person space in which I support you, my clients, holistically and compassionately to transform your challenges into growth and your obstacles into opportunities!
It is my deepest honor and privilege to merge my purpose and passion into Transformational Life Coaching, the Soul Surgeon of the heart, mind and soul. Changing lives one conversation at a time.
